Scuba Diving Computer – HELP! Do you own a Scubapro UWATEC Aladin Prime 3 dive computer? Can I use ANY infrared to transfer?
I cannot transfer dives out of my dive computer to my desk top PC.
If you have faced this similiar problem PLEASE contact me!!

Thank you for your replies.
1. I hounded the dive shop owner to show me, the Newbee, how to use the expensive piece of equipment he sold me. Even on the trip, he sat and could not figure it out.
2. Have YOU tried to reach the webpage for www.scubapro.com??? I cannot access it, can you?

I’ve used alot of ScubaPro’s equipment, and the one thing that I like most about them is their support teams. Go to and click on their technical support tab. You write them an e-mail, and they’ll get back to you pretty quickly. Good luck!!

I am not aware of this system . Contact scuba pro or your area dive shop . The purchase place is usually your fastest source .

Are you sure that you downloaded the software properly? Go to the shop where you purchased it and have them walk you through each step and contact for technical support. You have a nice dive computer and the shop should of shown you how to use it before they sold it to you! You can always ask scuba.com too!
