My question for the pilots license, what jobs can i get with it?
You cannot get any job with only a private pilot certificate. You would need at least a commercial pilot certificate to work for compensation in the US. As a private pilot you can operate an aircraft, and take passengers, for your own personal use. That's it.

I'm flying a 172 SP and need 24 more flights to get certified.
Things don't always go according to the plan in the syllabus, so the 24 flights may or may not be adequate to finish your training.

Can this count for a credit in a school for becoming a commercial pilot?
A private pilot certificate requires at least 40 hours of flight time (US, part 61). A commercial pilot certificate for airplanes requires 250 hours. The 40 hours or more you acquire during your private training does count towards the 250 total, so yes. 250 hours is usually adequate to finish your private, instrument, and commercial without going over.

Can i become a private pilot or even a teacher if i pass the flying tests?
You have to pass the tests to become a private pilot; there's no "if". That's what you are working on now. You have to meet higher experience requirements, and pass additional tests to become a commercial pilot, instrument rated, or a flight instructor. Each rating has its own written and practical tests. They go in a sequence. Usually you would do your private (fly by yourself), then instrument rating (fly under IFR), then commercial (fly for hire), then flight instructor (teach new students), etc. You would have to go through at least commercial if you want to actually work as a pilot, and be certified as an instructor if you want to teach.

Like someone else said, the scuba activities are completely unrelated, except of course for the already mentioned 24 wait period before flying. I have never done scuba, but I imagine if you do both activities frequently it would be easy to lose track and accidentally fly too soon. Please be careful. I am sure there is another section on Answers (water sports comes to mind but I'm not sure) where they can give you a better feel for the types of jobs you could get there.

With a private license, you and your friends can go flying on clear days. The time you put in now does count for a commercial lic. You need 250 hours total time and various things within that 250 pretaining to night flight and cross country flying(more than 50 nm legs). If you have a commercial license you and nothing else you may be able to fly traffic watch if you are in a metropolitan area. It pays little(12 an hour or so) but you get paid to fly!!!

I am a certified diver. I also took private pilot training. They are completely unrelated.

Scuba divers are NOT suppose to fly for 24 hours AFTER diving. So if you dive frequently (for work), you can never fly (for work).

Good Luck...
