Cheap Scuba Gear – Hello all ! I’m going to these 3 spots in my holidays, and I would like to know where to go first, because I will buy some scuba gear to use in the entire trip.
I need to go to the cheapest place first, so that i can buy the gear there.. and use in the trip

I cant buy online, because i live in Brazil, and most shops dont deliver here or charge me huge tax (not to mention the brazilian import taxes)

And.. i want to look before buy.
