Scuba Diving Gifts – I am looking for ideas now (in case it will take a while to put it together) for August.

We enjoy hiking, scuba diving, gardening, and working on house projects (his house or habitat for humanity). Previous gifts have included making a quilt, a trip to the coast, a baseball game, a fancy night out on a dinner train, and a spa. We are both in our 20′s and live in the Puget Sound region. I want something that will cost under $200 but it is alright if it takes a lot of time. Any ideas?
