Used Scuba Diving Equipment – Best Scuba Site in Los Angeles Area?

Used Scuba Diving Equipment – Please include the name of a Dive Center I can use, not just the dive site, because I’ll be renting equipment.
I will be traveling there in February and am used to the warm water of the Caribbean- will I just be too cold to go diving?

Cheap Scuba Gear – we just got scuba dive certified, and want to go on a scuba vacation. we have some gears like regulators and BCs. and looking for where is the best place to go. we like to go to somewhere warm water, good visibility, and cheap.
