		<description>Actually, depending on the model, there may be a course. I took one from the local Exo rep. I&#039;m not sure if that&#039;s normal for them to do that or not. It may have been simply out of professional courtesy. In any event, if you&#039;re offered one, take it.
 As for purchasing one,  I wouldn&#039;t say it&#039;s a required piece of gear unless you need comms or doing Hazmat.</description>
